Most carts described as having storage have a shelf. These five have racks, depth or capacity you can actually use, on published figures.

"Storage" on a bar cart listing usually means there is a second shelf. That is not storage; that is a cart. Real storage is one of three things: a rack that uses vertical space a shelf cannot, enough depth for two rows, or a load rating high enough that you stop thinking about it.
The pick is the SONGMICS ULRC291A02, and the reason is the repositionable wine rack. A fixed rack decides your bottle count for you and then wastes the space when your collection changes shape. This one does not.
The three kinds of storage
1. A wine rack, which is vertical-space storage
The genuine efficiency in this category. Bottles stored horizontally use the dead space under a shelf that would otherwise hold nothing, and the corks stay wet. On the SONGMICS the rack repositions; on the HOOBRO BF02TC01 it is fixed, which is fine if your bottles are standard 750 ml shapes at 2.95 inches diameter and awkward if they are not.
If most of what you own is spirits rather than wine, a rack is decoration occupying the shelf you needed. There is a dedicated roundup at bar carts with wine racks.
2. Depth, which is two-row storage
A 19 inch deep shelf holds two rows of bottles at 2.95 inches diameter with room to reach the back. An 11 inch shelf holds one row and nothing behind it. That is the entire difference, and it is why the Nathan James Sally at 28 by 19 inches stores more than carts with more shelves.
3. Load rating, which is stop-thinking-about-it storage
At 66 lb a shelf the rating is no longer the constraint — about twenty-two full 750 ml bottles, which no cart in our library has the area to hold. At 33 lb it is the constraint, and you find yourself doing arithmetic every time you add something. Full conversion in the weight capacity guide.
What the five each give you
SONGMICS ULRC291A02. Repositionable rack, 15.7 inches deep, 66.1 lb a tier and a published 198.4 lb total. All three tests passed. Engineered wood shelves mark where a wet glass sits, so it wants a tray.
HOOBRO BF02TC01. Fixed wine rack, 15.7 inches deep, 55 lb a shelf, adjustable feet. The wine specialist.
HOOBRO BF35TC01. Three shelves at 55 lb each with a rack, in a 12.8 inch depth. It fails the depth test and passes the other two — the cart for storage in a hallway.
Nathan James Sally. No rack at all, but 19 inches of depth and 66 lb capacity. Storage by area rather than by feature.

When you need a cabinet instead

How these were picked
I have not tested any of these carts. What I did instead: compiled the published specifications from each listing, recorded the figures with their source, checked the footprint against the clearances a real room has, worked out how many standard bottles a stated shelf actually holds, and named the one I would skip. Where two listings for the same cart disagree, the page says so rather than quietly picking one.
